The great guru in my life in recent years has been by yard. No
ordinary yard, I live in the foothills east of San Diego,
abutting on the true wasteland between here and Mexico, where
scrub brush, poison oak and rattlesnakes would scare away the
most intrepid gardener. This is why I refer to working in my
yard, rather than working in my garden. This yard of mine is 4
of the toughest acres in this neck of the woods and I'm proud to
say I wrestle it all on my own.
In what I am pleased to call ...

Religion
Mahatma Gandhi once said, "I believe in the fundamental truth
of all great religions of the world. I believe that they are all
God-given and I believe that they were necessary for the people
to whom these religions were revealed. And I believe that if
only we could all of us read the scriptures of the different
faiths from the standpoints of the followers of these faiths, we
should find that they were at bottom all one and were all
helpful to one another."
For by him were all things created, ...

Miracle Healer, 'John of God' of Brazil
Thousands of people from around the world diagnosed as terminal
or incurable by modern medicine travel thousands of miles each
month, enduring long international flights and exhausting bus
rides to Abadiania. A small town in the mountains of central
Brazil. They come to see miracle healer, Joao Teixeira de Faria,
the man the people of Brazil have affectionately titled, "Joao
de Deus" or "John of God".
Joao is a simple man of humble beginnings who devotes three days
of every week to healing his ...

Believing in Jesus is NOT a Religion, and God is NOT a Christian
What are the major misconceptions by ignorant atheists [Less
than 4% of the world population (www.adherents.com)]? The 'fact'
that we are primarily body, and spirituality comes second is the
first and most important mistake of all with the biggest
consequence of falsehood. When they talk about Jesus'(and His
so-called Church's) violence against the human body, they
misconstrue that human life is 'sacred'. Wrong, people. Our
spiritual life is sacred, and human (3-dimensional) life is
temporary. ...

God Is Love
God Is Love by Alan Tutt http://www.KeysToPower.com
God is Love, and so being, can only be reached through Love.
A friend and I were talking recently about the Power of Prayer
and why it is so important to hold the feeling of Love while
praying. The reason that most people don't get the answers they
seek in prayer is because they pray while feeling hurt, angry,
lonely, or guilty.
Prayer is more than the act of making temporary contact with
God, however, and every moment of our day counts ...

The Legacy of John Paul II
(Please I want all to observe some minute's silence for the late
JOHN PAUL II for a remarkable and memorable twenty-six-papacy
reign)
Death do not be proud Though some have called thee mighty and
dreadful But thou art not so Nor yet canst thou kill ... And
death shall be no more Death thou shalt die
JOHN DANNE POET
Death is in evitable, goes the saying of old. An analytical look
at the creation of man, (women inclusive), makes me come to the
conclusion that dust shall all (no exemption, ...

You Are God
You Are God John Cali
A member of our discussion group recently asked this question of
the other members:
'Have any of you ever tried to go direct to Joseph or any other
advanced spirit personally, without (an) intermediary . . . like
John who has learned how to listen? 'Tis a fine line, but one
that takes a lot of courage to cross, IMO. I sometimes think I
am channeling but at other times I just decide I am really in
the groove, creatively.'
It's an excellent question, and one Joseph and I ...

Spiritual Healing - The Hidden Truth and Misconception
Spiritual Healing - The Hidden Truth and Misconception
Throughout history, what is portrayed in all religions as being
the manifestation of prayer or miracles is in fact manifestation
of our connection with the essence of our Soul and the
manifestation of the power of spiritual healing. We have heard
throughout the centuries about such miracles that have happened
to people, and how they changed their lives. This has carried on
until now when we still hear of these 'miracles' in our time
today. ...
